Play This When You’re Anxious

In light of self-doubt, New Age says, “Believe in yourself.” But you might be struggling with this philosophy, asking yourself, How can I believe in myself if I’m not good or beautiful or skilled or talented or strong enough?

When facing fears, life decisions, or societal pressures, my personal solution is to look outside of myself to the One who is perfect in holiness, goodness, and faithfulness. In Him, I am buoyed by hope and faith in His power, majesty, and great love for me.

Because we get sucked in too often into negativity and doubt, here’s a playlist to remind yourself otherwise. It’s not about you, but Whose you are. If you knew you were holding on to the hand of the Most High and Most Powerful, wouldn’t it make you fearless too?
